Customers who wish to read their purchased ACCA study E-books on another computer e.g. already reading the E-books on a desktop computer, but now also want access on their laptop too.

OR

Customers who have reformatted their existing licensed computer (or have upgraded their Windows Operating System), and now want to continue reading their ACCA study E-books after that computer reformat / upgrade.*

OR

Customers who are receiving the error message "No more licenses - please contact your publisher".  This message only presents itself if the user is trying to reactivate their license on an unlicensed computer, but no longer has anymore valid computer licenses registered against their customer account.

In all cases - the solution is to buy an Additional Computer License which will grant you access on a suitable computer, once again, to all your E-books (as bought through and registered against your customer account).
