PLEASE NOTE:  Only one license is required per new / additional computer, to access ALL your previously purchased E-books, and ALL future E-book purchases through your existing customer account.  You do not need to buy one license per E-book... only per computer.

Once bought, it is NOT AUTOMATICALLY emailed to you, as we did with your E-books.  Upon purchase this new license must be manually assigned to your customer account by a member of our staff.  We will aim to email you the new/additional license within 1 working day (UK working hours apply) of confirmed purchase.

Customers who wish to read their purchased E-books on another computer e.g. already reading the E-books on a desktop computer, but now also want access on their laptop.

Customers who reformatted their existing computer which already contained their single-use software license.  PLEASE NOTE:  When you reformat your computer, you erase your software license, and need to buy another one.  Customers are responsible for the maintenance of their own computers, and we as a company cannot provide free licenses or refunds in cases of computer error.
